Michael earned his B.A. in French from the University of Michigan in 1997 and graduated law school from the University of San Diego in 2000. While in law school he clerked for several trial intensive law firms in Las Vegas. He has years of practice in catastrophic injury defense cases and has successfully served as appellate counsel securing dismissals of cases and defense verdicts.

Michael has over 25 years of experience defending health care providers in both civil lawsuits and board matters.  He grew up with a medical family and has been fortunate to know and help numerous doctors across Nevada and Arizona. He enjoys representing talented professionals who devote their lives to helping people, and works hard to protect them from the perils of the practice of medicine.

  • Over the years he has actively defended scores of physicians and attorneys in Nevada.  He has personally tried several jury trials in Nevada and Arizona and has secured dismissals of numerous doctors and lawyers through aggressive discovery and civil practice.
