Michael Kline focuses his practice on environmental and toxic tort litigation, casualty, real estate, product liability, and transportation matters. He has more than 25 years of experience as a litigator and trial attorney in California state and federal courts, handling matters through the entire litigation lifecycle, from pre-litigation investigation and settlement negotiations through trial, appeal, and judgment enforcement.

Over the course of his career, Michael has defended clients against plaintiffs seeking multimillion-dollar damage awards in cases involving transportation, industrial workplace, and construction site accidents, as well as wrongful death, product liability, business and commercial disputes, professional malpractice, and employment matters.

At his prior firm, Michael emphasized landlord-tenant and habitability litigation and personal injury defense, including cases involving catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and wrongful death claims. His day-to-day practice emphasizes prompt, open communication with clients to ensure litigation goals are achieved and that clients remain fully informed of key developments throughout their matters.
