Michael Kline focuses his practice on environmental and toxic tort litigation, casualty, real estate, product liability, and transportation matters. He has more than 25 years of experience as a litigator and trial attorney in California state and federal courts, handling matters through the entire litigation lifecycle, from pre-litigation investigation and settlement negotiations through trial, appeal, and judgment enforcement.
