Michael Kline has more than 25 years of experience as a litigator and trial attorney in California state and federal courts, handling matters through the entire litigation lifecycle, from pre-litigation investigation and settlement negotiations through trial, appeal, and judgment enforcement. He is a member of the Environmental and Toxic Tort Practice Group at GRSM, where he focuses on the defense of major corporations involved in high-risk silica/silicosis litigation. Since joining the California Bar in 2001, Michael has defended hundreds of lawsuits for corporate and individual clients in product liability, insurance, commercial, real estate, employment, construction defect, landlord-tenant/habitability and personal injury disputes, including those involving wrongful death and catastrophic/ traumatic brain injury claims.
