For nearly a decade, Michael Sarabia has represented hundreds of individuals, companies, and organizations in all manner of civil litigation, and has achieved numerous favorable resolutions and judicial decisions for his clients. Having worked as both a plaintiff’s and defense attorney, he brings a well-rounded perspective and wealth of experience to his advocacy. - Dismissal of numerous personal injury claims and lawsuits.
- As a pro bono attorney, successfully tried a marriage dissolution and custody case, to include winning a decision on an interlocutory appeal before the Montana Supreme Court.
- Secured a client-favorable ruling on a dispositive motion regarding the intersection of the doctrine of comity and legal standing in a case involving the disposition of a Canadian bankrupt’s Montana property.
- Briefed insurance coverage arguments on appeal to the Ninth Circuit.
