For nearly a decade, Michael Sarabia has represented hundreds of individuals, companies, and organizations in all manner of civil litigation, and has achieved numerous favorable resolutions and judicial decisions for his clients. Having worked as both a plaintiff’s and defense attorney, he brings a well-rounded perspective and wealth of experience to his advocacy. He is a member of GRSM’s Commercial Litigation, Insurance, Product Liability, and Professional Liability Defense practice groups.

Michael’s experience and practice includes automobile/commercial trucking accidents, products liability, premises liability, professional malpractice, construction defect, employment litigation, wrongful death claims, bad faith insurance litigation, and insurance coverage matters. Prior to joining GRSM, Michael clerked for the Honorable Michael G. Moses of Montana’s Thirteenth Judicial District and spent many years practicing civil litigation at firms in Billings.

Outside of work, Michael stays active in the local legal community. He served on the Board of Directors of the Yellowstone Area Bar Association for six years before becoming President (2025) of that organization and has provided pro bono legal representation to indigent clients through the Yellowstone County Family Law Project. Michael also served on the Board of Directors of Residential Support Services, a local non-profit that provides housing and transportation for people with disabilities.
