Michael V. Buonaspina

Michael Buonaspina focuses his practice in the areas of business, technology and cyber privacy litigation, general liability and professional liability. Prior to joining GRSM, Michael gained extensive experience litigating, arbitrating and mediating cases in both state and federal courts. His practice focused on litigating cases in the defense of design professionals, insurance coverage and general liability. Michael has conducted all aspects of discovery and motion practice including drafting pleadings, discovery demands, trial motions and appellate briefs for complex commercial, insurance and intellectual property cases.
