Michele Baumberger focuses her practice on labor and employment matters, representing employers on a variety of issues, including employee discipline, harassment and discrimination complaints, collective bargaining, workplace investigations, and Title IX investigations.

For more than 15 years, Michele served as a public sector employee, providing guidance to leadership on a wide variety of labor and employment issues. She oversaw the labor relations team for the largest trial court in the United States and represented the organization in labor negotiations, arbitrations, and administrative hearings.

Michele is a veteran who served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the California Army National Guard as a paralegal in Trial Defense Services and the 40th Infantry Division.
