Misasha S. Graham

Senior Counsel

Misasha Suzuki Graham has extensive experience in complex commercial and intellectual property litigation, representing clients in matters spanning patent and design patent disputes, trademark and trade dress issues, trade secret misappropriation, licensing conflicts, and high-stakes business litigation. She has managed cases from pre-litigation investigation and early strategy development through discovery, motion practice, mediation, trial, and resolution. She has represented global companies in cross-border intellectual property and commercial matters and has conducted negotiations in Tokyo. As a fluent Japanese speaker, she can support clients navigating matters that require bilingual communication, cultural fluency, or coordination across U.S. and Japanese legal teams.
