- Successfully gained a voluntary withdrawal of a lawsuit after filing a motion for summary judgment arguing that the Plaintiff had no cause of action under the direct-action statute as Plaintiff could not have greater rights than the insured under the policy and the policy contained an exclusion for the type of injury suffered.
