Mitchell R. Seldal

Associate

Attorney Mitch Seldal focuses his practice on commercial litigation and employment law. He has significant experience building all aspects of a case for trial, including pre-suit investigations, working through discovery, arguing dispositive motions, preparing for trial, exhausting appellate issues, and alternative dispute resolutions. Prior to joining GRSM, Mitch represented academic healthcare institutions, public corporations, and individual medical providers in a variety of complex matters.

Mitch approaches each case uniquely with an inventive attention to detail toward both the law and facts at issue. This proactive approach to litigation allows him and his team to craft persuasive legal arguments and develop critical facts necessary to achieve his clients’ goals through success at trial, on appeal, and through early resolution. Mitch’s approach has guided his clients through litigation and prevailed both inside and outside the courtroom.
