Mohammad (“Moe”) Ahmad focuses his practice on commercial litigation and employment law. Moe represents clients in Illinois and Wisconsin federal and state courts and serves clients by advising on litigation strategy, drafting pleadings and motions, reviewing and amending general corporate practices, and conducting legal research. Before joining GRSM, Moe was a law clerk with the firm working in numerous practice groups.

Moe earned his law degree from University of Wisconsin Law School. While in law school, Moe served as both the Co-Executive Director for the UW Black Law Students Association (“BLSA”) and the President for the UW Middle Eastern Law Students Association (“MELSA”). He also was a legal intern for the UW Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic, gaining valuable experience in advising and handling various trademark matters, including a focus on the practical aspects of transactional law, and impacting the Wisconsin economy by helping local businesses launch and grow. Moe also was a part of the UW International Law Journal.

Moe earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology and Criminology, Law, and Justice graduating magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
