Morgan Klutho represents corporations of various sizes in commercial and business litigation, employment litigation and counseling, and transportation casualty. Morgan appears on behalf of her clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, mediation, pre-trial settlement conferences, and in front of administrative and regulatory agencies.

Prior to joining GRSM, Morgan gained vast experience representing motor carriers and brokers in the transportation industry. She gained valuable experience representing transportation industry clients all over the country as a second chair at trial, arguing dispositive motions, and appearing in both state and federal courts on behalf of clients.

While attending the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, Morgan clerked at various probate firms in Chicago, where she assisted with various stages in litigation, drafting estate planning documents, and preparing estate opening documentation.
