- As a pro bono attorney, successfully tried a marriage dissolution and custody case, to include winning a decision on an interlocutory appeal before the Montana Supreme Court.
- Secured a client-favorable ruling on a dispositive motion regarding the intersection of the doctrine of comity and legal standing in a case involving the disposition of a Canadian bankrupt’s Montana property.
- Briefed insurance coverage arguments on appeal to the Ninth Circuit.
