Labor and employment law attorney Marco Tarantino advises and represents employers in various aspects of legal matters involving current and former employees, including, but not limited to, defending against charges of discrimination and lawsuits brought under federal and state law. Marco focuses on finding ways employers, especially those in the healthcare setting, can improve their human resources policies and procedures to mitigate future liability.

Prior to joining GRSM, Marco worked for an Am Law 100 insurance defense firm representing employers in disputes with employees. He also previously worked for a plaintiff-side employment law firm where he recovered more than $1 million through settlements and served as a research fellow for a non-profit that focuses on providing services and employment opportunities to individuals who are blind or have low vision. His experience advocating for individuals in employment matters offered him a unique perspective that has served him well in predicting strategy that opposing counsel will implement in litigation.
