Mubarak Kadir is an Associate in the Denver office and a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice. Before joining the firm, Mubarak served as a law clerk to a federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota. He gained valuable experience in complex motion practice, trial preparation, and judicial decision-making across a broad range of civil and criminal matters.

Mubarak earned his J.D. from the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law. During law school, he was an Editor for the South Dakota Law Review and a member of the law school’s Trial Team, where he advocated in national trial competitions. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Legal Business from the University of South Dakota.
