Myungsoo “Daniel” Kang focuses his practice on civil litigation and commercial disputes. Daniel represents and serves clients by assisting with legal research, pleadings, discovery, deposition preparation, motion practice, arbitration preparation, and settlement-related work. He draws on prior experience supporting litigation teams in complex commercial matters, including business disputes, real estate-related claims, and intellectual property litigation.

Before joining GRSM, Daniel worked in Seoul, Korea, where he handled commercial real estate transactions involving acquisitions, leasing, due diligence, and closing matters. His experience in both litigation and transactional practice allows him to understand disputes from both a legal and business perspective. Fluent in Korean, Daniel brings an international background and cross-border perspective to his work with clients.
