Na Rae Lee represents employers in labor and employment matters, with a particular focus on defending wage-and-hour class actions, PAGA litigation, and other employment-related disputes. She helps employers address California’s complex employment laws and develop effective strategies for managing workplace claims while advancing business objectives. From pre-litigation assessments through discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and appeals, Na Rae works closely with clients to resolve disputes efficiently and achieve practical, business-focused outcomes.

Na Rae also handles a broad range of employment issues, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, disability accommodations, and other personnel-related matters. In addition to defending employment claims, she advises employers on compliance and workforce management issues that can help reduce exposure to future disputes. Fluent in Korean, Na Rae brings a cross-cultural perspective to her practice and values building trusted relationships with clients across diverse industries.
