Najum Anwar brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his practice in insurance defense. His experience lies in the areas of professional negligence, premises liability, general liability, personal injury, and medical malpractice defense. Through his prior work, Najum developed a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in insurance defense, enabling him to provide comprehensive and effective defense strategies for his clients.

Throughout his career, Najum has been actively involved in preparing and drafting essential case reports, medical chronologies, and mediation briefs for use in settlement negotiations. One of his notable strengths is his exceptional pre-discovery fact investigation skills. His ability to present complex legal and medical information in a clear and concise manner has facilitated constructive discussions during settlement proceedings.

He skillfully manages multiple facets of litigation, serving as defense counsel for both commercial clients and medical professionals involved in civil cases arising from medical malpractice and personal injury claims, including matters related to Board of Medical Examiner Complaints for the Osteopathic Medicine Board, State Board of Medical Examiners, and State Board of Physical Therapists.
