Natalie A. Hammond is an Associate in the Missoula office of GRSM. Natalie represents clients in a diverse range of complex civil litigation matters, including class actions. Her litigation practice includes professional liability, construction defects, tort, employment litigation, and insurance coverage matters. Additionally, Natalie defends claims involving healthcare facility abuse and neglect. She represents clients in both state and federal courts, as well as at the trial court and appellate levels.
- Acted as lead trial counsel and achieved a favorable jury verdict for the client in a discrimination and wrongful termination case against their employer.
- Obtained summary judgment on behalf of insurance carrier in a subrogation dispute.
- Handled multiple high-stakes marital dissolution proceedings, securing favorable results for clients in matters involving substantial assets and closely held businesses.
- Served as co-counsel in an appeal before the Montana Supreme Court, resulting in a partial reversal of the district court’s ruling in favor of the client.
