Nathan Piller advises employers across the state of California on the rapidly changing workplace laws, including various aspects of wage-and-hour compliance.

Prior to joining GRSM, Nathan was a Partner at a national law firm, where he litigated dozens of high-stakes class and collective action cases in employment law, among other areas. He has a sterling record of driving successful outcomes for clients at all phases of litigation, including summary judgment practice, trial, and appellate proceedings.

Nathan draws upon his wealth of experience as a litigator and deep knowledge of the evolving employment legal and regulatory landscape to assist employers in mitigating risk and staying ahead of the curve.
