Nicholas “Nick” Rossmiller focuses his practice on employment and commercial litigation. He has experience working on complex civil litigation matters and is committed to developing his skills as a litigator across all stages of a case. Nick’s litigation experience includes conducting legal research, reviewing and analyzing large volumes of documents, drafting motions and briefs, and assisting with matters at various stages of litigation.

Nick is comfortable working on cases from inception through resolution and has experience supporting all phases of the litigation process, including initial case assessment, discovery, document review, legal research, motion practice, and preparation for dispositive motions and trial. He brings a strong research and writing background to his practice and is comfortable taking ownership of assignments, identifying relevant legal issues, and developing practical written work product.

Before joining GRSM, Nick served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Commercial & Complex Litigation Division of Allegheny County, where he gained valuable insight into the judicial perspective on civil litigation and developed experience researching and analyzing substantive and procedural issues across a broad range of matters. His clerkship strengthened his ability to evaluate arguments, work through complex legal questions, and understand what makes written advocacy effective from the court’s perspective.
