Civil Litigation attorney Nichole Cristilli represents clients in toxic tort cases affecting companies large and small. Her clients trust her counsel on a wide range of regulatory obligations and rely on her up to date knowledge of chemical and workplace safety regulations to navigate complex lawsuits and mitigate future risks. Nichole draws from over 15 years of experience representing individuals, companies, and government entities to achieve impermeable compliance and successful litigation outcomes.

By staying at the forefront of emerging contaminants and constantly changing regulations Nichole achieves positive results in high-stakes environmental controversies arising from violations of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) regulations as well as many related state and local laws. She leverages her experience in regulatory, enforcement and transactional issues within the chemical industry and her experience working for JAG, defending tort claims against the U.S. Navy, to provide the most vigorous defense for her clients.

In her free time Nichole enjoys spending time with her family camping in San Diego County parks, golfing when she can, and inspiring the next generation by leading her daughter’s Girl Scout troop.
