Nick Mizaur represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial disputes across a range of industries, including but not limited to, contractual disputes, insurance, employment, financial services, technology, and professional services. His practice spans all stages of litigation, from early case evaluation and motion practice to discovery, settlement negotiation, and trial preparation. He can additionally provide general corporate guidance and handle the execution of corporate transactions.

Before joining GRSM, Nick served as the in-house counsel to a national professional services firm, where he oversaw corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, and handled a wide array of all other internal legal matters. This experience gives him a unique understanding of clients’ operational goals and risk tolerance, allowing him to align legal strategy with business objectives. He also has prior experience in civil litigation representing various clients in general liability claims.
