Nicolas Lezotte is a litigation and transactional attorney who represents individuals and businesses in high-stakes personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, transportation disputes, and complex commercial matters. Nicolas has achieved significant results for his clients, including California’s second-largest wrongful death settlement in 2023 in a high-profile preventable-incident case involving contested liability and bodily injury claims against prominent defendants featured in major media. He regularly manages complex bodily injury and commercial vehicle cases, leveraging detailed medical analysis, evidence review, and 4th Amendment considerations to negotiate advantageous outcomes or prepare cases for trial. His transportation and logistics practice includes defending claims arising from trucking and supply chain operations while advising on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

In his transactional and business litigation practice, Nicolas assists small to medium-sized businesses with contract drafting and negotiation, entity formation, business divorces, partnership disputes, and employment matters. He has successfully defended employers at California Labor Board hearings and in court against wage-and-hour, meal-and-rest-break, and wrongful-termination claims.
