In addition to her legal practice, Nicole served as an adjunct instructor at the University of North Florida, where she taught Legal Ethics, Standards, and Values. Nicole has also contributed to the development of Florida’s legal system through her appointments to The Florida Bar’s Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration Committee and the Small Claims Rules Committee, where she was honored to serve as Committee Chair. These appointments recognize her thoughtful leadership and the depth of her knowledge in procedural and ethical standards.
Committed to public service, Nicole participates in pro bono advocacy. Among her most meaningful work includes representing children as an attorney ad litem—fighting for the rights and interests of Florida’s most vulnerable youth. She has represented children in the foster care system, ensuring their voices are heard and their outcomes align with their expressed wishes.
