Nicolette Rae N. Bencito

Nicolette Rae Bencito focuses her practice on healthcare matters. With a background in employment and professional liability, Nicolette represents healthcare providers and organizations on a wide range of matters involving high exposure and complex litigation. She brings a client-centered approach to her practice that often leads to favorable outcomes, including early resolution and dispositive motion victories.

Nicolette is admitted to both state and federal courts in California. Prior to joining GRSM, she represented clients in matters involving professional negligence, regulatory compliance, employment-related disputes.

During law school, Nicolette served as a judicial intern for both the Superior Court of Santa Clara County and for the Pro Se Department at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. She was also involved in Law Review and volunteered with Immigration Policy Clinic at the University of San Francisco.
