Nina Mirzai focuses her practice on the area of employment law, where she represents employers in complex employment litigation and counseling matters. Her practice focuses on defending high-stakes disputes, including wage-and-hour class actions and representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).

While in law school, Nina served as an extern for the Presiding Judge Anne-Christine Massullo, and was a part of the Individual Representation Clinic, where she represented a client in a wage and hour dispute before the San Francisco Labor Commissioner. Nina also served as a Teaching Assistant for Evidence, Property, and Torts.
