Pamela Silk has extensive experience handling all aspects of civil litigation prosecuting and defending business entities in a wide variety of matters including breach of contract claims to cases involving fraud and business torts. Pamela evaluates and offers advice to individuals and business entities regarding entity formation, as well as contract drafting, analysis, and dispute resolution.
