Paul J. Cataldo, Jr. focuses his practice on protecting clients against complex civil claims across Texas, with a practice spanning commercial motor vehicle accidents, workers’ compensation, DTPA claims, and construction disputes. Drawing on nearly a decade of litigation experience, Paul manages every phase of a case from initial investigation through trial to deliver efficient, results-driven defense for his clients.

Paul brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by work on both sides of the docket. Earlier in his career, he represented plaintiffs in high-volume personal injury matters, experience that informs how he anticipates and counters opposing arguments. He also oversaw a mass tort docket exceeding 5,000 clients in multidistrict litigation, developing strong capabilities in large-scale case management and MDL compliance.

Before entering the legal profession, Paul spent four years with ESPN’s Enterprise Unit, the network’s investigative journalism division, where he collaborated with legal, compliance, and editorial teams on in-depth reporting.
