Peggy T. McCoy is Of Counsel with GRSM and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. Peggy has practiced in Virginia for over ten years and has participated in numerous trial and arbitration proceedings in state and federal court.

Prior to working for GRSM, her practice was focused on litigating professional liability defense, primarily medical malpractice claims, and general liability defense cases. Peggy has extensive experience with handling wrongful death and personal injury actions. She has also successfully represented clients in administrative hearings before professional boards.
