Phuong Fingerman represents private entities in employment matters such as wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage & hour claims. She also provides advice and counseling to employers regarding workplace policies and practices.

Phuong is an experienced attorney with more than a decade of legal practice in civil litigation, insurance defense, worker’s compensation, and appellate matters. She has represented clients in federal and state courts through all stages of litigation.

Before joining GRSM, Phuong has worked for several regional defense firms on a variety of complex areas of law including products liability, commercial law, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, insurance bad faith, breach of contract and appeals.
