Presley Plummer’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, as well as environmental and toxic tort litigation. She represents a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies, in high-stakes matters involving product liability, toxic exposure, and wrongful death.
- Represented a global distributor and manufacturer of agriculture technology and products in a complex case involving a semi-truck accident. The case focused on the obligations of an interstate shipper under both Federal Motor Carrier Regulations and Texas common law, as well as the duties imposed on the motor carrier and driver. Plaintiff made a demand in excess of $50 million. After an eleven-day trial, the jury ruled in favor of the defense, delivering a take-nothing verdict.
