Paige Simmons represents clients in a variety of civil litigation matters including premises liability, general liability, professional liability and retail and hospitality. She is involved in all phases of litigation, including extensive law and motion practice, working with experts, court and mediation appearances, taking and defending depositions, arbitration proceedings, administrative hearings, trial preparation and trial.

Paige has extensive experience defending companies, commercial real estate developers, indoor shopping malls, mixed use lifestyle centers, grocery-anchored shopping centers, and management companies in broad array of matters including personal injury, casualty loss, professional liability, breach of contract, enforcement of agreements, vendor disputes, and construction disputes.

Having served as in house counsel for a multinational commercial real estate company and a large vertically integrated commercial real estate management and development company, Paige is also well versed in matters related to leasing, REA and easements enforcement and compliance, license agreements, service agreements, NDAs, contract drafting and negotiation, mechanic lien defense, and termination agreements
