Quinn is a results-oriented litigator known for aggressively advancing his clients’ positions and driving cases toward efficient, favorable resolutions. He has secured numerous dismissals and summary judgments in employment and commercial litigation matters and has successfully defended those wins on appeal in both state and federal appellate courts. Quinn is deeply experienced in all phases of litigation, from early case strategy and dispositive motion practice through fact and expert discovery, depositions, trial preparation, trial, and post-trial proceedings. He is particularly adept at identifying case-dispositive issues early and developing motion strategies that narrow or eliminate claims before they can reach a jury.

In parallel with his litigation practice, Quinn regularly represents employers before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission (NEOC), and comparable state and local agencies across the country. He prepares comprehensive position statements, manages agency investigations, and leverages the administrative process to position matters for early resolution or to build a strong record for subsequent litigation.

Quinn also serves as a trusted advisor on proactive employment practices and compliance. He works closely with employers to assess risk and implement practical solutions that reduce exposure before disputes arise. His experience includes drafting and revising employee handbooks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with evolving federal, state, and local requirements; advising on reasonable accommodations and the ADA interactive process; guiding FMLA leave administration and related compliance issues; conducting and advising on workplace investigations; and counseling on discipline, termination, and restrictive covenant enforcement. Quinn’s approach is pragmatic and business-focused—he provides clear, actionable guidance that aligns legal compliance with operational realities.

In addition to his employment practice, Quinn maintains a complementary commercial litigation docket. He has experience defending professional liability claims involving engineers, attorneys, architects, and other licensed professionals, as well as handling construction disputes, real estate litigation, and business tort matters. This broader litigation experience further sharpens his ability to evaluate risk, develop case strategy, and advocate effectively across a wide range of complex disputes.

Quinn takes the time to understand each client’s business, industry, and internal dynamics, allowing him to deliver tailored litigation strategies and practical day-to-day counsel. Whether defending a bet-the-company employment claim or advising on preventative measures, Quinn is focused on one outcome: protecting his clients’ interests and putting them in the strongest possible position to succeed.
