Quyen Dang focuses his practice on commercial litigation and government contract matters. In his commercial litigation work, he represents corporate clients in disputes involving breach of contract, business torts, and other complex civil matters. In the government contracts space, he advises contractors on compliance, bid protests, claims, and disputes arising under federal procurement regulations, representing clients before administrative tribunals and in litigation with government agencies.

Before joining GRSM, Quyen was a law clerk at the Alexandria Office for GRSM. As a law clerk, he assisted in the successful defense of a multi-million-dollar lawsuit against a premier owner, operator and developer of multifamily housing in the country. Previously, he worked as a law clerk in a preeminent boutique firm handling employment and commercial litigation in Virginia.

  • Secured a directed verdict in favor of the firm’s clients, a private-sector developer of affordable housing and a general contractor, in a $3 million lawsuit after a six-day jury trial.
