Paige is a civil defense attorney who represents corporate and individual clients in complex litigation matters across the state of Florida. She focuses her practice on product liability, commercial automobile, premises liability, and negligent security claims. Paige prioritizes clear, proactive communication to ensure clients understand each stage of the litigation process and feel confident in the strategy behind their case.

Paige has experience handling all phases of litigation, including written and oral discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. Her experience spans a variety of matters, including:

  • Long-term interventional pain management and surgery
  • Adult and pediatric Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBIs)
  • Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS)
  • Wrongful death
  • Gas explosions requiring fire cause-and-origin investigations
  • Negligent hiring claims involving drivers of tractor-trailers and various other commercial motor vehicles
  • Product liability defenses of misuse, assumption of risk, and alteration
  • Intentional tort claims
  • Civil Remedy Notices and bad faith exposure under Florida law

Earlier in her career, Paige worked in the legal field for eight years as a pre-suit case manager with two plaintiff firms, and as a law clerk supporting defense counsel before and during trial. Her background on both sides of litigation allows her to anticipate opposing strategies and efficiently resolve cases.

Paige’s civil practice is also informed by her longstanding interest in criminal and constitutional law, both of which she studies and engages with as a personal passion. She is also a hobbyist of poetry and prose.
