R. Anthony Ellis focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes, employment litigation, business torts, contract disputes, and insurance-related matters. Prior to joining GRSM, Anthony represented Fortune 50 clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including complex commercial disputes, insurance defense claims, and contractual liability matters. Earlier in his career, he served as a Team Lead at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), advising on regulatory matters and overseeing the agency’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) program, where he managed a high-volume portfolio of requests and counseled agency leadership on disclosure obligations, statutory interpretation, and the protection of sensitive business and consumer information.
