Prior to entering private practice, Raymond served as a Judicial Law Clerk with the Superior Court of New Jersey, where he managed civil matters in the Law Division. In that role, he conducted extensive legal research, drafted judicial opinions and memoranda, and supported the court in analyzing complex legal issues. This experience provided him with valuable insight into the litigation process and judicial decision-making. Raymond is also a renowned mediator, having settled dozens of hotly contested matters in service of the Special Civil Part. Immediately after law school, Raymond practiced with Rutgers Law Associates pursuant to N.J. Court Rule 1:21-3, gaining hands-on litigation experience. He also served as a legal intern with Rutgers Law Associates during law school, where he further developed his skills in legal research, legal writing, and client advocacy.
- Successfully obtained Final Restraining Orders for numerous survivors of domestic violence in various NJ counties between August of 2023 and 2024.
