Rebecca Donsky’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and healthcare. In her healthcare practice, Rebecca defends medical providers facing investigations involving professional licensing boards, including the Arizona Medical Board and medical malpractice matters. She also advises healthcare institutions and medical device companies navigate the complexities of the healthcare regulatory landscape. Rebecca’s practice also includes the representation of individuals and businesses in general liability claims. She handles complex litigation of insurance coverage issues, breach of contract disputes and bad faith matters with a results driven approach.

Rebecca brings a unique background and perspective to the firm having worked both in state and federal government. Prior to joining GRSM, Rebecca worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the Education Health and Tax Unit, State Government Division for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office.

After receiving her LL.M. in Global Health Law with Distinction from the Georgetown University Law Center, Rebecca worked for the United States House of Representatives on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. Prior experience also includes working at the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General.
