Rebecca Mansell

Rebecca is a seasoned trial litigator with extensive experience in complex litigation spanning healthcare, employment, professional liability, insurance coverage, and products liability. Known for her precision and authority in fire and explosion litigation, she also serves as a rotating instructor at the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Training Academy, located at Redstone Arsenal in Alabama.

Rebecca holds a Ph.D. in Healthcare Administration, uniquely positioning her to evaluate and resolve legal matters involving medical professionals and sensitive healthcare issues. Her career includes distinguished service with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs Office of General Counsel, where she handled labor and employment disputes at the federal level. She also led the State of Mississippi’s Level 1 Forensics Unit, focusing on the evaluation of sexually abused and traumatically injured children.

Earlier in her career, Rebecca served as a Senior Assistant District Attorney, prosecuting major felony cases—including murder, sexual assault, embezzlement, and multi-layered drug operations. Her breadth of legal knowledge and deep commitment to public service make her a formidable advocate and trusted legal authority.
