Rebecca Martino focuses her practice on bad faith litigation, real estate, catastrophic injury, and complex insurance coverage matters. With more than two decades of experience, she represents individuals, insurers, and companies of all sizes in state and federal courts. Rebecca also handles appeals in bad faith litigation and insurance coverage cases, offering counsel at every stage of the legal process. In addition, she prepares coverage opinions, advises insurers on fraud investigations, and drafts insurance policy language.
- Successfully prosecuted a real estate breach of contract matter, resulting in a judgment against the defendants. The case dealt with intricate legal issues concerning investments made by foreign entities.
