R. Wells Littlefield is a seasoned attorney with more than 17 years of experience in multiple practice areas. His diverse background has provided him with a unique skillset that enables him to represent clients in complex litigation. Wells has significant experience in handling high exposure litigation of professional negligence, correctional healthcare, mass transit, trucking, and general liability matters. He has routinely defended individuals, small businesses, health care organizations and entities, as well as large publicly traded companies and governmental entities.

Wells started his legal career as a judge advocate in the United States Air Force, and served in various leadership positions at military installations in Louisiana, Nevada, and Afghanistan, including Legal Liaison Officer for the Bilateral Committee for Detention Operations in Kabul, Afghanistan, Division Chief of Civil Law and Division Chief of Military Justice at the U.S. Air Force Warfare Center, Legal Advisor at Creech AFB, Nevada, and Chief of Claims & Medical Law at Barksdale AFB, Louisiana.

Since separating from the Air Force, Wells has held roles as Deputy General Counsel and Director of Operations for a medical marijuana start up, as an assistant public defender, and most recently he was a partner at another law firm with offices across the county.
