Bob Bragalone practices in state and federal courts across Texas, Oklahoma and other jurisdictions across the country. He is a member of the Firm’s Professional Liability, Employment, Insurance, Product Liability, Transportation, Construction, Healthcare, and Commercial Litigation Practice groups. Bob is the former Managing Partner of the Firm’s Dallas office and now manages the Oklahoma City office.

- Twice recently served as lead counsel in successfully defending an international component part manufacturer sued when the Plaintiff became a quadriplegic.
- Summary dismissal for bicycle product manufacturer in quadriplegic case alleging negligent manufacturing, negligent design, and strict liability.
- Experience with the interpretation of FAA regulations, valuation issues, and certification standards, and has presented and cross-examined witnesses such as aircraft maintenance power plant mechanics, valuation experts, private and commercial pilots, with the accompanying high-level of motion practice commensurate with these cases.
