Robert Fein is Of Counsel in the Westchester office of GRSM and is a member of the Professional Liability Defense practice group. Robert is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in New York's Federal Courts (SDNY and EDNY).

Robert brings more than twenty years of experience to GRSM representing New York hospitals, long-term care facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, physicians, podiatrists, oral surgeons, chiropractors, nurses, physician assistants and social workers in all areas of professional/medical malpractice litigation throughout New York. He also has represented clients in front of the New York Office of Professional Discipline (OPD) and in front of the New York State Office of Professional Medical Conduct (OPMC). Robert has also been an invited lecturer at NYC hospitals to speak to resident physicians and attending physicians about current issues in medical and dental malpractice.
