Rob has extensive experience having handled thousands of cases on behalf of plaintiffs, defendants, insurance carriers, employers, and claimants. Rob has appeared in Federal Court, New York State Supreme Court, and in other forums throughout the State of New York. Rob has honed his litigation and trial skills by handling claims on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants across New York.

Rob handles all aspects of a case from beginning to end with a focus on efficient and advantageous results for clients. Rob has worked on hundreds of trials in varying forums since 2007. Rob has successfully written and argued summary judgment motions across New York and argued in front of the 4th Department Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court.

In 2024, Rob was selected as a Professional Who’s Who Legal and Best Lawyers in America, selected him as “Ones to Watch” in 2023 and 2024. In 2023, Rob had two State Jury Trials to verdict and a Federal Jury Trial. Rob received a Pro Bono Certificate from the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York for his work in 2023. Rob was the second person to complete the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers’, Masters of Trial Advocacy Program in 2023. To be certified, it took almost two years and required 200 hours of Continued Legal Education.

In 2025, Rob started developing and coaching the mock trial team for Frederick Law Olmstead School PS #156 with Gary Crump. He started with the Erie County Bar Assigned Counsel Program. Rob was admitted to the United States Supreme Court.
