Rob Richman is a seasoned litigator whose practice includes all phases of litigation, arbitration, and mediation. He has extensive experience representing clients in state and federal courts as well as in administrative proceedings. Rob has served as both local and national counsel for a diverse portfolio of clients including corporate, institutional, and governmental clients as well as for individuals. From pre-suit investigations through trial and appeal, Rob provides strategic legal guidance tailored to the complexity and needs of each matter.
- Prevailed before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in Knechtel v. W.C.A.B. (Marriott Corporation), 934 A.2d 697 (Pa. 2007), limiting the participation of an opposing expert during an independent medical evaluation.
