Roberto Antonio Creagh focuses his practice on defending cases in general liability insurance matters, including automobile liability, premises liability, construction defects, and products liability, as well as commercial litigation matters and employment law matters.
- In 2018, prevailed at trial while sitting second chair defending a New Jersey airport in a foreclosure action in the New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division, wherein the Court not only dismissed the foreclosure action and ruled against plaintiff’s claim for millions of dollars damages, but secured a ruling that his client was entitled to hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages for overpayment on a note.
