Roswald J. Morales concentrates his practice on environmental and toxic tort law, with a particular focus on silica litigation. Roswald brings broad litigation experience to his practice, representing clients in complex, high-stakes matters across toxic tort, personal injury, immigration, and family law.

Before joining GRSM, he managed a demanding caseload involving multi-party disputes, developed case strategy, handled discovery, took and defended depositions, prepared dispositive motions, and negotiated favorable resolutions. He also built and operated a successful law practice, strengthening his client service, case management, and ability to move matters efficiently and effectively toward resolution.

He has experience guiding matters through all phases of litigation, including evidentiary analysis, witness preparation, hearings, and trial preparation, while working closely with insurance carriers, adjusters, insured clients, and experts to develop strategic, results-driven defenses. This background informs a practical, detail-oriented approach to litigation and supports his continued growth as a strong trial attorney.
