Sabrina T. Smith

Associate

Sabrina T. Smith concentrates her practice on advising and defending employers in a broad range of employment-related litigation. She has experience representing management in state and federal courts.

Her litigation portfolio includes cases involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, hostile work environment, failure to accommodate, wage and hour violations, and breach of employment contracts. She is well-versed in navigating the complexities of federal, state, and local employment laws, and works closely with clients to develop strategies that mitigate risk and support compliance. Sabrina is committed to client advocacy and practical problem-solving.

Prior to joining GRSM, Sabrina began her litigation practice as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department in the Labor and Employment Law Division. As an Assistant Corporation Counsel, Sabrina represented the City of New York and its agencies in all aspects of pre-trial litigation. Sabrina is a recipient of the 2023 Labor & Employment Chief Division Award, served as the Coach of the Division and supervised law student externs.
