Sam Schurman focuses his practice on employment law litigation. He is a personable attorney who has a strong analytical mindset and develops legal strategies tailored to his clients’ goals. Sam gained valuable experience during his first few years of practice by drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and negotiating with opposing counsel and third parties.

Prior to joining GRSM, Sam worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney, representing employers and insurers. During law school, he participated in moot court and was a legal writing tutor. He also completed several legal externships, including an ethics, labor, and employment externship at U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
