Samuel Wilson is an Associate in the Little Rock office of GRSM. Samuel’s practice focuses on defending corporations in products liability and toxic tort litigation, including asbestos, cosmetic talcum powder, and typical commercial products involving personal injury and wrongful death.

Additionally, Samuel focuses on civil litigation issues defending small businesses local to the GRSM Little Rock office. He participates in all phases of litigation, including drafting responsive pleadings; drafting dispositive motions; drafting written discovery; assisting in trial preparation; and attending trial.

During law school, Samuel worked for many civil defense firms both in Central and Northwest Arkansas. Samuel gained valuable intellectual property experience working with the University of Arkansas Technology Ventures in Northwest Arkansas. Additionally, Samuel gained invaluable experience working with the Intellectual Property team for the world’s largest company, Walmart, Inc.
