Sandy K. Hanson has been practicing law with GRSM since 1998. Her practice specialty in recent years has been civil defense litigation in product liability and mass environmental & toxic tort cases, with a focus on managing complex litigation from case inception to trial. She also has extensive experience handling professional liability matters for insurance agents and brokers. She has extensive experience managing complex document discovery matters involving document review and document review related software, and has participated in large reviews for a variety of complex cases.

Her clients have included Fortune 500 Companies as well as small, local businesses, as she has represented premises owners, distributors, and primarily product manufacturers. She works seamlessly with her clients’ national teams of specialty counsel in product liability and mass toxic tort defense litigation to ensure cohesive and thorough defense development, early case resolution opportunities, contesting meritless cases, and preparation for trial. Her practice background also includes representing design professionals and general contractors in complex construction defect litigation, as well as involvement with insurance coverage matters.
